Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital business guides, templates, and related materials (collectively, the "Guides") sold by Recovery Residence Blueprints ("RRB," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using a Guide, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Purposes Only
The Guides are educational business and operations content only. RRB is not a law firm, healthcare provider, licensing agency, or investment adviser. Nothing in a Guide constitutes legal, medical, tax, or investment advice, and no attorney-client, healthcare, or fiduciary relationship is created by your purchase or use of a Guide. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all licensing, zoning, certification, tax, and regulatory requirements applicable to your state and property with a licensed attorney and the relevant state agency before operating a recovery residence business.
2. No Guarantee of Results
RRB does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, occupancy rate, licensing approval, or business result from use of a Guide. Any budgets, revenue figures, or occupancy examples included in a Guide are hypothetical illustrations for planning purposes only, not projections, promises, or guarantees. Most new businesses do not perform exactly as illustrated. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, capital, execution, and compliance with applicable law.
3. License Grant
Upon payment, RRB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use one copy of the purchased Guide(s) for your own internal business planning purposes. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise redistribute any Guide or its contents, in whole or in part;
- Share login credentials, download links, or purchased files with any third party;
- Publish, post, or upload any Guide (or substantial portion of it) to any public or shared platform;
- Use any Guide to create a competing product or service.
All content, templates, and materials in the Guides remain the intellectual property of RRB. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.
4. Assumption of Risk
Starting and operating a recovery residence business involves inherent risks, including regulatory, financial, and operational risks that vary by state and market. By purchasing a Guide, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks. You are responsible for your own business decisions, licensing compliance, and outcomes.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RRB and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of a Guide, your operation of any business, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRB's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of a Guide shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to RRB for that Guide. In no event shall RRB be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided the Guide has not yet been downloaded. Because Guides are instantly-delivered digital files, we are unable to offer refunds once a Guide has been downloaded, as the product cannot be "returned." To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where preempted by federal law.
9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or any Guide shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. You and RRB each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Arbitration shall take place on an individual basis only.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a Guide after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
